The Workplace Informal Learning Matrix has a number of applications. Companies may want to explore its use and experiment with different matrices to see how it could be used. In addition to the applications we have listed under Uses of the WILM and Benefits of the WILM companies that have suggested the matrices could be used to explore strengths and weaknesses within work teams. We encourage companies to explore these options using the WILM.
