The Workplace Informal Learning Matrix (WILM) is a powerful tool to help you measure the complexity of informal learning in your workplace.

The WILM consists of a series of specific scales used to capture the opportunity and levels of the Essential Skills required for a range of job classifications in the workplace. These non-technical skills include communication, problem solving, working with others, decision making, leadership, workplace culture, diversity and continuous learning.

The WILM process is non-invasive and easy to administer. It provides both employers and employees with a range of information about the level of informal learning needed in job profiles and job classifications.
