For example, you may find that your work groups are working at a high level of complexity in “Working with Others,” but less complex in problem solving. So you can focus on those areas for development. With this information, you may be able to highlight the strengths and the areas requiring improvement.
Example:
Strengths: (Complexity Level 4) The company support system is very clear and managers are very accessible and approachable. The employees feel respected in all aspects of their job and policy is consistently the same as practice.
Areas Needing Improvement (Complexity Level 1-2) The managers have little awareness of informal learning and employees do not feel recognized for their team effort. Mentoring opportunities are limited and most decisions are not evaluated within the department. |
