| Registering to use the WILM Online
You will need to register yourself or your company to use the WILM online.
- Create log in name and password
- Get e-mail confirmation of your registration

Sumary Reports Online - NEW
This page replaces the former SUMMARY REPORT which collected data on a spreadsheet.
This tool will allow you to assess individual employees and print out an Employee Summary which gives an average of all the factors, dimensions and levels on the WILM.
If you click on Quick Average or Full Average of employees you can get an average of all assessed employees. The Quick Average provides you with numeric links to the WILM. The Full Average provides you with a written report.
